YASH Technologies is looking for IT/OT Software Engineers to join their growing technology team in Pune and Indore.

This role focuses on bridging Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems. You will work on integrating industrial automation platforms, enterprise applications, and secure data frameworks to enable efficient and reliable operations.

🎯 Experience Required

• 0–4 years of experience in IT, OT, or Industrial Automation

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications integrating IT and OT systems

• Support deployment and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and smart sensors

• Ensure seamless data flow from shop-floor systems to enterprise applications

• Build and maintain data pipelines and middleware solutions

• Assist in designing secure industrial network architectures

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve IT/OT incidents

• Support patch management, system upgrades, and documentation

• Work with PLCs, edge devices, sensors, and gateway middleware

• Follow OT cybersecurity best practices

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field

• Strong programming skills in:

  • Python

  • C#

  • Node.js

• Knowledge of SCADA, MES, PLCs, IoT platforms

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT)

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API integrations

• Basic understanding of industrial networking and cybersecurity

• Knowledge of ISA-88 and ISA-95 standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Exposure to Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Schneider, Beckhoff

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Edge Computing

• Understanding of OT cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443)

• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Ignition)
