Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this program must meet the following requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related branches

• Minimum 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the highest qualification

• Strong knowledge of C or C++ programming language

• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of multiple stages, and candidates will be shortlisted at each step.

1. Written Assessment

The written test will evaluate:

• Programming knowledge in C/C++

• Coding ability

• Aptitude skills

2. Technical Interview

Candidates who clear the assessment round will be invited for a technical interview to evaluate their programming and problem-solving abilities.

3. HR Interview

Candidates who successfully clear the technical interview will attend the final HR round.

Work Location

Selected candidates may be placed at Sasken development centers located in:

• Bangalore

• Chennai

• Kolkata

• Pune

Service Agreement

Candidates selected for this role must sign a 3-year service agreement with the company.

If a candidate leaves the organization before completing the agreement period, they will be required to pay ₹5,00,000 as a bond amount.
