About the Opportunity

Lumel is hiring bright and motivated 2026 engineering graduates through its Star Hire Program. This initiative is built to identify fresh talent with strong programming foundations and an interest in developing reliable, scalable software products.

Selected candidates will work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and support modern web and enterprise-level applications.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)

• BE / B.Tech graduates in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Graduation year must be 2026

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

• Good logical thinking and problem-solving capability

• Hands-on knowledge in any one of the following:

  • React.js (Frontend)

  • .NET / .NET Core / C#

  • Rust

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and application workflows

• Familiarity with Git or version control systems

• Basic database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL) is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable software solutions

• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code

• Work closely with designers, product owners, and senior engineers

• Take part in code reviews and follow development standards

• Identify, debug, and fix application issues

• Continuously upgrade skills and learn new technologies

• Strong coding fundamentals and logical mindset

• Academic or project exposure to React or .NET technologies

• Self-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Good communication and collaboration skills
