🏢 Job Overview

Deloitte is hiring Associate Analyst – Learning Administration for its Hyderabad office. In this role, you will support the Learning & Talent Support Services team by managing training administration activities and delivering high-quality support to internal teams.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in HR operations, learning administration, and back-office support roles.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Add and manage training classes in the Learning Management System (LMS)

• Process scheduled reports and maintain accurate records

• Provide and manage delegate lists for training sessions

• Distribute electronic training materials and pre-course resources

• Close training sessions and process evaluation feedback

• Ensure system updates are completed within deadlines and guidelines

• Maintain compliance with data protection policies

• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Support additional learning administration processes when required

• Graduate degree in any discipline

• 0 – 1 year experience in:

  • Learning Administration

  • Back-office operations

  • Customer service operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

• Experience in the training & development domain
