Zebra as Software Engineer | Roles and Responsibilities – 

  1. A candidate needs to come up with designs and implement Test Automation Frameworks – Needs to create and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable automation frameworks in order to give continuous assistance to integration and delivery pipelines.  
  2. A candidate also needs to develop and carry out test cases by writing and executing test cases for different software functionalities, consisting of UI, backend, integration layers assuring coverage of business requirements.  
  3. Candidate needs to work closely with various teams such as Developers, Product Managers and Clients in order to recognize test rquirement, report bugs and give timely solutions.  
  4. He/She needs to do continuous testing and CI/CD Integration in order to assure that the automated test results are accurately reported.  
  5. Needs to execute Performance and Load Testing  in order to see if the software can handle expected and unexpected loads and is stable in various conditions.  
  6. Needs to document and report Test Cases, plans and results in order to bring clarity, actionable bug reports, and testing summaries for clients.  
  7. A candidate also needs to have ability to do manual testing, have knowledge of test  automation fundamentals and test case design.  
  8. Competent of doing end-to-end testing and documentation.

  1. A candidate needs to have bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or any  another parallel  field.  
  2. A candidate also needs to have great communication skills, computer, analytical and written skills.  
  3. Needs to have Quantitative and Problem-Solving Skills.
  4. Needs to have knowledge of Automation Frameworks like selenium, Robot Framework, Cucumber and Rest –Assured.
  5. Needs to have testing experience with Java, Python and SQL script.
  6. Knowledge of Version Control with Git.  
  7. DevOps / Cloud Knowledge.  
  8. API Testing.
