Microsoft Summer Internship | Roles and Responsbilites:
- A Candidate should contribute to the pre-sales process by leveraging knowledge of business requirements to successfully offer technical input and solution offerings.
- A Candidate should have a good experience understanding the customer/partner requirements and constraints and translating them to technology knowledge (with limited direction/guidance).
- A Candidate will have to develop knowledge in IP and uses IP as needed for project tasks as assigned. Translates gaps in IP or areas that need refreshing
- A Candidate will have to locate possibilities to broaden or retain the local organization or usage of the cloud and Microsoft technologies.
- A Candidate will have to find out how customers/partners/stakeholders relate and provide input about the drivers of not only satisfaction and dissatisfaction but also the root cause.
