Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Software Engineer:
- A candidate must hold Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering and must have 0 – 2 Years of experience.
- A candidate must have the ability to solve problems.
- A candidate must possess good Communication skills and must be able to solve critical problems.
- A candidate must have Knowledge of Computer Science, algorithm, and data structures.
- A Candidate must have knowledge of Graphics Design/ Computer Graphics and transformations.
- A candidate must be Comfortable in one of the Tech stack .NET/C++ or typescript/nodejs
- A candidate must have the understanding of the unit testing ,TDD.
- A candidate must be knowledgeable about the basics of debugging
- A candidate must be knowledgeable about basic level of database concepts (SQL / NoSQL)
- A candidate must have basic idea of cloud platforms.
Desired Skills:
- A candidate must be proficient in Mathematics (Geometry)
- A candidate must have a strong hold on Agile methodology – Scrum
- A candidate is expected to be familiar with web development frameworks like react
DevOps. - A candidate is expected to be familiar with design Patterns, SOLID and DRY principles
Git – DCVS. - A Candidate must be able to work closer with Mentor for day-to-day task.
- A candidate must be good in writing Unit Test
- A candidate is expected to develop software engineering knowledge
- A candidate is expected to understand and resolve PR comments.
- A candidate must be capable to scroll others PR and try to learn from them and give reasonable reviews.
- A candidate must be a team player.
