Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong foundation in statistics, analytics, or data-driven coursework
Programming knowledge (Python / R / Java preferred)
Familiarity with analytics tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA
Exposure to databases or big-data platforms is an advantage
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
About the Team
The Insights & Analytics team partners with clients to solve real-world business problems using advanced analytics, research, and data-driven decision-making. Team members work on multiple projects, apply analytical thinking, and deliver actionable solutions backed by strong research and expertise.
Role Overview
As a Decision Analytics Associate, you will work on analytics-focused projects, develop models, analyze data, and present insights that support client and internal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Build and apply statistical and analytical models for business insights
Use data to support decision-making for clients and internal teams
Create custom analyses using tools like R, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and others
Interpret results and present findings clearly through reports and presentations
Coordinate with clients and project teams to track progress
Develop project deliverables and support solution implementation
Improve problem-solving capabilities and analytical best practices
Support and guide junior team members when required
