Role Overview
The Developer Level 1 role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet client requirements and quality standards. The role involves working closely with project teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions while following defined development processes.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business and technical requirements to support software design
Analyze system workflows, data usage, and application processes
Develop software solutions following the software development life cycle
Identify system issues and support root cause analysis
Convert client requirements into practical technical designs
Work with analysts, project managers, and functional teams
Development and Coding Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
Develop test cases and support automation for software validation
Fix defects, enhance existing applications, and improve performance
Support system upgrades and interface enhancements
Ensure applications meet quality and performance benchmarks
Prepare technical documentation and development reports
Coordinate daily with team members and share progress updates
Client and Project Coordination
Capture and clarify client requirements for accurate delivery
Provide timely updates and gather regular feedback
Maintain professional communication through emails, calls, and reports
Ensure timely responses to customer queries and requests
Support knowledge documentation from proposal to implementation
Quality and Delivery Expectations
Ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications
Maintain on time delivery aligned with project schedules
Support customer satisfaction through quality software delivery
Generate accurate and timely project reports and MIS updates
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of software development concepts
Understanding of coding standards and best practices
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages
Education Requirement
Engineering graduate or equivalent qualification
Applicable for eligible fresher or retirement batch candidates
