Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
(Relevant experience is also acceptable)1 to 2.5 years of full-time work experience
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Good coding ability and strong problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in an Agile environment
Able to work with minimal supervision
Should collaborate well with team members and follow best development practices
Technical Skills (Good to Have)
Candidates should have knowledge or exposure to:
RDBMS databases and Document-based databases
Messaging systems like:
RabbitMQ
Kafka
AWS SQS
Working with REST APIs / Services
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer at Turvo, you will:
Build scalable and distributed platforms
Design, develop, test, and debug applications
Work with designers, architects, and developers to understand requirements
Document development decisions and components using tools like Wiki
Test the product in DEV and QA environments before deployment
Identify system issues, performance bottlenecks, and provide solutions
Review existing systems and suggest improvements using performance testing
