Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed B.E/B.Tech in one of the following branches:
Mechanical Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Civil Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Other Eligibility Requirements
Only 2024 & 2025 pass-out freshers are eligible
Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Engineering
No active backlogs / No ATKT
Maximum 2 years of educational gap allowed
Candidates should not have signed any Apprenticeship (NATS) contract with another company

Role Description
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to Tata Motors’ manufacturing and automobile operations. The role focuses on practical learning, skill development, and industry exposure.

Hands-on experience in:
Production
Maintenance
Supply Chain Management
Quality
Manufacturing Planning
Automotive components development
Strengthen technical knowledge through real industrial exposure
Learn manufacturing planning processes and production supervision
Understand maintenance activities, part procurement, and quality systems
Develop strong problem-solving and cross-functional working skills
Continuous learning through training and exposure to new technologies
