Job Description

Siemens EDA is looking for Member Technical Staff to join the PowerPro Core Research & Development Team. Selected candidates will contribute to the development of software engines that perform RTL and gate-level power estimation for semiconductor designs.

The role involves designing new software features, developing high-performance C++ applications, creating efficient algorithms for simulation and power analysis, and exploring AI/ML techniques to improve power estimation models.

Fresh graduates will work closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment while building expertise in software engineering and semiconductor design automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize C++ software applications for RTL and gate-level power estimation.

• Design, implement, and enhance new features within the PowerPro product line.

• Build efficient algorithms to process simulation waveforms and switching activity data.

• Develop scalable solutions for design netlists and power analysis.

• Explore AI and Machine Learning techniques to improve performance and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Participate in software architecture, design discussions, and product development.
