Role Overview
This role focuses on building high-quality, standardized datasets that support machine learning and advanced analytics. The Associate – Data Operations will work closely with experienced researchers and data scientists, contributing to the evaluation, preparation, and analysis of data used in intelligent assessment systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation of structured and reliable datasets for machine learning models
Collect, clean, validate, and standardize large volumes of data
Evaluate candidate responses including video, audio, and written content using defined criteria
Design and maintain evaluation frameworks and grading guidelines
Develop questions and prompts used for candidate assessments
Plan, manage, and track data collection activities
Build and maintain data pipelines using scripts and automation
Analyze evaluation results to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and research experts
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with sustained focus and attention to detail
Highly organized and quality-oriented approach to work
Comfortable working with databases and structured data
Good understanding of SQL and data handling concepts
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python
Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Learning and Exposure

Practical experience in analytics, evaluation systems, and data quality management
