Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Shell Graduate Programme 2026, you must:

Have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD degree
Graduate before joining Shell
Have less than 3 years of professional experience
Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
Have valid work authorization for India
