Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Experience
0 to 2 years of experience in software development
Technical Skills Required
Strong programming knowledge in C++ (C++17 or above) or Java (Java 17 or later)
Exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# is an added advantage
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Knowledge of software design principles, architecture patterns, and best coding practices
Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, queues, locks, and event-driven systems
Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases and SQL
Awareness of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, testing, and version control systems
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, containers, or SaaS products
Experience in data processing or analytics
Contributions to personal projects, open-source platforms, or hackathons

Develop and maintain scalable backend and frontend software components
Fix bugs and resolve production or customer-reported issues efficiently
Analyze logs, crash reports, and system data to identify root causes

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and senior engineers
Document issues, solutions, and progress clearly
