Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced its Off Campus Drive 2026 for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Summer Internship Program. This internship is specially designed to identify high-potential engineering students from across India and train them through real-time industrial exposure and on-the-job learning.

The Reliance Summer GET Internship Program 2026 offers hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and a strong opportunity to secure a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with one of India’s largest multinational companies.

Eligible B.E/B.Tech 2027 batch students can apply online on or before 16 January 2026.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Branches

Students pursuing B.E/B.Tech (2027 Batch) in the following disciplines are eligible:

• Chemical Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Instrumentation Engineering

• Metallurgical Engineering

• Fire Engineering

Educational Requirements

• Must be pursuing full-time engineering from an AICTE-approved institute

• Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA in:

  • Class 10

  • Class 12

  • Diploma (if applicable)

  • Engineering (up to latest semester)

Academic Conditions

• No active backlogs

• No history of academic detention

• Gap years should not exceed 3 years

Stipend / Remuneration

• IIT Students: ₹40,000 per month

• Non-IIT Students: ₹30,000 per month

Internship Program Overview

The Reliance Summer GET Internship 2026 is an 8-week on-ground internship scheduled between May and July 2026. Interns will work on real business challenges and undergo a final evaluation. Outstanding performers may be offered a PPO for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) full-time role.

2. Regional Assessment Test

3. Virtual Personal Interview
   (Feb – March 2026)

4. Final Selection Notification

5. 8-Week Internship Program
