Notified is hiring Associate Systems Administrators for its AMG/Cloud Reliability team in Bengaluru. This team works as the first line of technical support responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production infrastructure and applications.

The role focuses on ensuring high reliability, system performance, and cloud infrastructure monitoring, making it a good opportunity for fresh graduates interested in cloud operations, system administration, and DevOps support.

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues

• Track and resolve incidents using monitoring tools

• Maintain and distribute technology performance and reliability metrics

• Participate in software release processes and infrastructure setup

• Manage support and observability tools

• Coordinate with development, QA, product management, and operations teams

• Create and maintain runbooks, monitoring documentation, and knowledge bases

• Automate operational tasks using Python, Terraform, and PowerShell

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

Certifications:

• Industry technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory

🛠 Skills Required

• Basic understanding of system administration and cloud infrastructure

• Knowledge of Python scripting or automation tools

• Familiarity with Terraform or PowerShell (preferred)

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment

🕒 Work Schedule

This role follows a 3-shift support model:

• 6 AM – 3 PM IST

• 1 PM – 10 PM IST

• 9 PM – 6 AM IST

Working days: 5 days per week

The Leela Office, 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli
Bengaluru

Hybrid Model:

• Work from office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Work from home: Monday, Friday
