The role focuses on report production, quality assurance, operational reporting, data validation, and reporting support while providing hands-on exposure to Business Intelligence tools, analytics platforms, and reporting processes.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Refresh, validate, and deliver recurring business reports within defined timelines.

• Perform quality checks before report delivery to ensure data accuracy.

• Conduct data validation and cross-country verification activities.

• Investigate reporting discrepancies and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Generate reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Create and maintain reporting templates, production trackers, and operational documentation.

• Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT), report transitions, Dry Runs, and Parallel Runs.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding deliverables and reporting status.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting guidelines.

• Support continuous process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
