Role Overview
The Data Operations Analyst will be part of the Input Operations team, responsible for maintaining high data accuracy and quality standards. The role involves validating datasets, performing quality checks, and supporting statistical operations to ensure reliable insights for clients.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data validation, quality checks, and sample maintenance tasks
Monitor and improve data processing workflows for accuracy and efficiency
Analyze data trends and identify root causes of discrepancies
Support automation initiatives using tools like R, Python, SQL, and Excel Macros
Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts
Collaborate with local and regional teams for issue resolution
Assist in implementing statistical estimation techniques
Track KPIs related to data quality and timely delivery
Support deployment and enhancement of operational platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Mathematics, Statistics, Economics)
Master’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
Exposure to R, Python, SQL, and basic understanding of ML/AI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
