Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Associate – Automation (Python Developer) to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation and software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building next-generation SaaS-based Data Fabric and Data Mesh platforms from the ground up.
This position requires strong expertise in Python development, automation frameworks, and system integrations, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Develop robust and scalable applications using Python and related technologies.
Build automation workflows and frameworks from scratch.
Contribute to the development of a SaaS-based Data Fabric/Data Mesh platform.
Implement best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality.
Automation & Integration
Design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions (RPA knowledge is an added advantage).
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (SAP, legacy systems, web apps).
Develop scripts and automation flows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Support & Maintenance
Provide post-deployment support and enhancements.
Monitor bot performance and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain documentation for workflows, methodologies, and tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
Experience in automation frameworks and system integration is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-building/start-up environment.
