NEC is hiring Associate Support Engineers (L1 Support) to provide first-level technical support to customers. This role focuses on handling incidents, resolving service requests, and ensuring high-quality customer service within defined service levels.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (B.Tech / BCA / BSc / BE or related field)

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)

• Basic understanding of IT systems and technical support

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for incidents and service requests

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

• Log and track incidents accurately using defined processes

• Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve issues or escalate when required

• Follow ITIL-based processes for incident management

• Maintain proper documentation of all activities and resolutions

• Develop knowledge base articles to improve support processes

• Ensure timely resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
