🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• B.E / B.Tech

• BCA

• MCA

• MBA (Information Systems preferred)

Experience:

• 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions

• Create process documentation and workflow diagrams

• Develop user stories and maintain product backlog in Jira

• Track project progress and maintain project logs

• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with team members

• Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint

• Support UAT coordination and testing documentation

• Maintain documentation, change logs, and project records

• Basic understanding of IT concepts or ITIL (preferred)

• Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
