Job Overview

L&T Energy Offshore is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives across engineering, procurement, construction, safety, and compliance.

The role involves developing and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for real-world engineering applications, including AI-powered chatbots, video analytics, engineering document automation, P&ID processing, and Material Take-Off (MTO) extraction.

About the Role

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work on intelligent systems that combine Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Azure AI technologies.

You will collaborate with engineering and technology teams to build solutions that improve automation, safety monitoring, document processing, and engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Chatbot Development

• Build AI-powered chatbots using Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, Prompt Flow, and Cognitive Search.

• Develop conversational workflows for engineering, operations, and project management teams.

• Integrate AI solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and engineering data.

• Work with domain-specific datasets for engineering and EPC applications.

Computer Vision & Video Analytics

• Develop deep-learning-based video analytics solutions.

• Work on PPE detection, safety violation detection, hazard identification, and activity tracking.

P&ID Processing & MTO Extraction
