As a Data Operations Senior Associate, you will:
Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable business insights
Develop dashboards and reporting metrics for Operations Management
Translate stakeholder requirements into data-driven solutions
Support data-driven decision-making across business functions
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
You will play a key role in identifying trends, building data models, and creating impactful visualizations that support strategic objectives.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets
Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools
Conduct exploratory data analysis
Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics models
Maintain data integrity and perform validation checks
Present insights clearly to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of advanced query writing and execution
Certification in Data Technology / Agile / Project Management
Familiarity with Machine Learning tools (added advantage)
