Eligibility Criteria

Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Have an interest or basic knowledge in process automation, RPA tools, or workflow improvement
Be familiar with Microsoft Power Automate or other low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier, Make, or Airtable
Have basic knowledge of Python for scripting, data handling, or API integration

Be curious, detail-oriented, and eager to use technology to improve processes
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Certifications or coursework in Power Platform, Python, or AI/ML
Experience in automation or AI projects (college, internship, or personal projects)
Basic exposure to legal-tech tools, contract management systems, or document automation platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the legal team, the intern will:
Study legal workflows and identify areas where automation can improve efficiency
Build automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools and simple custom scripts
Write basic programs using Python or JavaScript for automation and data analysis
Use AI and NLP technologies to support tasks like contract review, clause extraction, and compliance checks
Help integrate automation with existing legal systems such as CLM and IP tools
Work closely with legal and IT teams to convert business needs into technical workflows
Assist in training legal professionals on new automation tools
Monitor automation results, fix issues, and continuously improve processes
