Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support business teams in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in solution development. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and an interest in understanding business processes.
The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and record business requirements from internal stakeholders
Assist in preparing functional specifications and requirement documents
Conduct basic data analysis to aid business decisions
Create and update process flow diagrams and documentatio
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify project need
Prepare test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Eligibility Criteria
B.E / B.Tech degree (Computer Science, IT, ECE preferred)
0 to 3 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic database concepts
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
