Associate System Engineer:

Here’s What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BTech)

• Year of Passing: 2024 and 2025 only

• Minimum 6 CGPA / 60%

• No active backlogs

• Good communication skills (written + spoken)

• Must complete the degree before joining IBM

• Must be ready to work from any location in India

Eligible Branches:

• Computer Science / IT and related branches such as:

  • CSE, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing

  • Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics

  • AI, Cyber Security, Blockchain and similar CS streams

Technical Skills Required:

• Programming knowledge in any one language:

  • Java / C++ / Python / Node.js

• Basic understanding of:

  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Interest in learning new technologies

The Work (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and support applications using Java/JEE

• Work with Java frameworks and web technologies

• Use languages like Ruby or Groovy when required

• Manage transactions and Java objects in enterprise systems

• Follow modern development concepts like:

  • Dependency Injection

  • Inversion of Control

  • Test Driven Development (TDD)

  • Functional Programming

• Work with data access and transaction frameworks

• Support batch processing tasks

• Use DevOps tools and methods for faster delivery

• Help integrate enterprise systems smoothly
