Exide Industries Hiring 2026 – Overview

Roles & Responsibilities (HR / IR)

As a Management Trainee – HR/IR, you will work on core HR operations and industrial relations activities such as:

1) Compliance & Legal

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

• Work on Model Standing Orders, Factories Act, ID Act, and all 4 labour codes

2) Employee Lifecycle Management

• Support onboarding and joining formalities

• Assist in payroll, employee welfare, and exit processes

3) Recruitment Support

• Coordinate hiring activities for different roles

• Support sourcing, screening, and selection processes

4) Industrial Relations (IR)

• Manage absenteeism and disciplinary matters for permanent workmen

• Handle grievances and implement IR policies

• Coordinate daily with union leaders and government authorities

• Maintain industrial peace and ensure zero man-hour loss due to IR issues

5) Engagement & Workforce Development

• Conduct training and development programs for blue-collar employees

• Plan engagement initiatives and welfare activities

6) Documentation & Audits

• Maintain statutory records and required registers

• Support smooth internal and external audits

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a final-year MBA student (HRM specialization)

• Batch: 2024–2026

• Ready to work Pan India
