Role Summary
Deloitte is hiring an Analyst for its Offshore Development Center support team. This position focuses on IT operations customer support and coordination with internal technology teams to ensure smooth ODC functioning.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide professional IT support to users through calls emails and in person interaction
• Monitor and resolve service requests and incidents via ServiceNow
• Coordinate with ODC stakeholders and IT teams for daily operations
• Maintain accurate operational dashboards and SharePoint records
• Support employee onboarding offboarding and endpoint configuration
• Track manage and audit ODC IT assets and inventory
• Assist in vulnerability management compliance checks and remediation
• Prepare periodic reports presentations and operational updates
• Support invoice processing and stakeholder follow ups
• Coordinate meetings document minutes and track action items
• Assist infrastructure teams with on site technical activities when needed
Required Qualifications
• Engineering graduate BE BTech or equivalent
• Hands on troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 Linux Thin Clients and IoT devices
• Basic knowledge of scripting GPO networking security and SharePoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook
Preferred Skills and Certifications
• ITIL certified professional
• Microsoft MCITP certification
• Understanding of system and network security fundamentals
• Exposure to Qualys VMDR or vulnerability management tools
