Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Job Description
In this role, you will work on databases, testing, service management, and analytics tasks. You will also help resolve technical issues and support innovation in projects.
Key Responsibilities
Write database queries and retrieve data from tables
Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures
Prepare and execute manual or automated test cases
Analyze issues and resolve service tickets
Use IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
Follow standard processes and explore new ideas
Skills Required
Good communication (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Time management and teamwork
Critical thinking abilities
Eligibility Criteria
3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc – CS/IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics)
Graduation year: 2024 or 2025
Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off)
No arrears at the time of joining
Must be flexible to work from any Cognizant location
Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
Job Description
You will support and manage IT infrastructure, monitor servers, and handle incidents across cloud and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Follow SOPs and runbooks for daily tasks
Monitor systems and manage incidents
Follow customer security and compliance standards
Communicate professionally with clients
Contribute to service improvement initiatives
Share knowledge and support new team members
Role Expectations
Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
Ready to relocate anywhere in India if required

Job Description
You will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and services.

Provide first-level technical support
Log, track, and resolve support tickets
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Coordinate with IT teams for complex problems
Maintain documentation and knowledge base
Role Expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication
Willing to work in shifts
Work from office only
