Role Overview
Cognizant is inviting applications from fresh graduates for the Analyst Trainee role. Selected candidates will be aligned to IT & Integrated Smart Operations, Multicloud, or Digital Workplace Services based on qualifications and performance during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Integrated Smart Operations
● Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform CRUD operations
● Understand database relationships and schemas
● Prepare and execute manual/automated test cases
● Analyze and resolve service tickets using ITSM tools
● Support data analysis, incident resolution, and process improvements
Multicloud Services
● Monitor and support servers & production environments
● Handle incident, problem, and change management
● Provide support for Windows, Networking, Databases, Storage & Cloud
● Follow SOPs, security, and compliance standards
● Work in a 24/7 shift environment and support CSI initiatives
Digital Workplace Services
● Deliver first-level technical support to end users
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications
● Log and track support tickets within SLAs
● Maintain documentation and knowledge base

Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations
● 2024/2025 graduates (3-year UG): BCA, BSc (CS/IT/Allied), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics
● Minimum 60% throughout academics
● No arrears at the time of joining
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services
● 2024/2025 graduates of any 3-year UG degree
● Minimum 50% throughout academics
● No standing arrears
General Requirements
● Indian Nationals / OCIs residing in India
● Willingness to work from any Cognizant location and shifts
● Candidates who appeared for Cognizant interviews/assessments in last 6 months are not eligible
