Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Provide Level-1 support for hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and application-related issues.
Handle password resets, account unlocks, and access-related queries.
Record and track incidents in the ticketing system and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams (L2/L3).
Maintain documentation and update knowledge base articles.
Deliver high-quality customer service and clearly communicate solutions.
