💼 About the Role

Capgemini is hiring Data Analysts with Python and PySpark skills to work on large-scale data processing and analytics projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about data, analytics, and working with modern big data technologies.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, transforming large datasets, and ensuring data quality across systems. You will work in distributed environments such as Spark clusters and cloud-based platforms, contributing to real-time data-driven decision-making.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain PySpark-based data pipelines for ETL/ELT workflows

• Process and transform large-scale datasets using distributed computing platforms

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Python and PySpark

• Perform data validation, cleansing, and normalization to ensure data accuracy

• Work with platforms like Databricks, Spark clusters, AWS EMR, Azure Synapse, HDInsight

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

• Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights

• Strong knowledge of Python programming

• Hands-on experience or understanding of PySpark
