Job Overview
We are looking for a Java Software Engineer who can develop and improve backend applications. The role involves working on large payment systems, upgrading old platforms to modern technology, and building secure and scalable services.
You will work with different teams to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop backend applications using Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
Build secure and scalable REST APIs and microservices.
Upgrade and migrate old systems to modern technology.
Write clean, structured, and well-tested code.
Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Use tools like Maven/Gradle for builds and Git for version control.
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
Fix production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Work in an Agile environment with CI/CD processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Good knowledge of:
Java 8 or above
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data
REST API development
Experience with relational databases.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
Experience in migrating legacy systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of Microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with testing tools like JUnit and Mockito.
Skills Required
Strong problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and secure coding practices.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
