Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with strong expertise in automation, system integration testing, and performance validation. The role involves ensuring quality across complex warehouse and enterprise systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Validate Warehouse Management System (WMS) workflows, inventory processes, and system integrations
Design and execute automated tests using modern frameworks
Perform API, message queue, and database-level validations
Conduct performance and load testing to simulate real-world warehouse operations
Integrate testing activities into CI/CD pipelines
Monitor system quality using observability and tracing tools
Test mobile and RF-based applications across industrial devices
Use AI-driven tools to enhance test design, automation, and code quality
Lead QA initiatives within Agile or SAFe delivery models
Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of WMS, ERP, TMS, and YMS integrations
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
Experience with SQL and BigQuery for data validation
Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, or LoadRunner
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes-based test environments
Experience using AI tools for quality engineering tasks
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
