Key Responsibilities
Use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc. to improve coding speed and quality
Assist in debugging, testing, documentation, and code improvement using AI tools
Manage source code through GitHub including pull requests and reviews
Find performance issues and improve application reliability
Build and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend)
Create reusable UI components using React and Tailwind CSS
Develop and integrate REST APIs with proper security and performance standards
Work with product, design, and QA teams in an Agile environment
Optimize and enhance application performance
Required Skills
Basic to good knowledge of software development concepts
Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI coding assistants
Experience with GitHub repositories and version control
Knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
Understanding of Node.js and Express.js backend development
Working knowledge of Java with Spring Boot or Spring MVC
Understanding of REST APIs
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
