Position Overview

As a member of EY Enterprise Technology, the Analyst Engineer contributes to the development of innovative systems that enhance operational efficiency and deliver an improved end-user experience across the organization.
Role Responsibilities
Analyst Engineers are accountable for the complete delivery lifecycle of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with defined quality, cost, and timeline objectives. The role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting code, reports, and system integrations primarily within the Microsoft technology ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
● Build, modify, and enhance applications using the .NET framework
● Develop and maintain SSIS packages and related database components
● Design, publish, and support Power BI and SSRS reports
● Create scripts and customized components based on business needs
● Deliver assigned user stories within defined Agile sprint cycles
● Participate in sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities
● Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high performing
● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Preferred / Desirable Skills
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
● Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and SSRS for analytics and reporting
● Basic understanding of SharePoint technologies (Server Object Model, JSOM/CSOM, REST APIs)
● Proactive mindset to identify delivery risks and suggest mitigation approaches
● Commitment to IT standards, development best practices, and governance processes
