 Role Overview

The Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Risk Reporting & Analytics team focuses on driving risk-based decision-making and strengthening control environments using data and analytics.

As an Apprentice, you will support reporting solutions, perform data analysis, and generate insights related to operational risk and compliance.

• Contribute to automation using AI tools

• Document processes and reporting frameworks

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.E/B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI

• Understanding of risk management or financial services

• Exposure to data visualization tools

• Ability to work with large datasets
