 Posting Title:                                       BPM Specialist- Quality & Reliability

Job Location :                                      Mumbai

 Essential Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, manages data maintenance, works on short term and long term projects assigned.

Support different functional group within BHGE for projects to be executed.

Handling database and data mining

Analysis of Quality related documents (certificates), converting client’s quality certificates to BHGE standards. Support Quality documentation on QMT tool.

Work with pre-approved guidelines. Assist proactively to help achieve organizational goals

Actively uses continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction

Handles special projects as assigned

Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values



Bachelor’s degree with preferable 1-2 years Supply chain or similar experience

Ability to analyze and present statistical data

Excellent Communication and Analytical skills. Detail oriented.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including some knowledge of advanced level of Excel functionality

Good organizational and time management skills

Must be able to balance multiple tasks in a challenging, fast-paced work environment.


Desired Characteristics:

Master’s degree preferred

Experience in SAP – MM module
