- A Candidate must work independently with a broader overview on the project
- A Candidate must participate in communications with partners and clients when needed
- A Candidate must understand and follows the release processes in the company
- A Candidate must participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation
- A Candidate must write quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations
- A Candidate must have SQL knowledge (mandatory).
- A Candidate must be able to Troubleshoot and debug (with some guidance from senior team members if needed)
- A Candidate must provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers
- A Candidate must deliver trainings and participates in knowledge-sharing
- A Candidate must achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggests improvements.
- A Candidate must have knowledge of Excel report generation and analysis is good to have.
